1 Tin Condence milk
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Elachi
3 Teaspoon Baking powder
2 1/2 Cup Cake flour
Syrup
3 Cup Water
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
4 Elachi Pods
2 Cinnamon sticks
Beat eggs, condensed milk and sugar together.
Add in dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
Leave dough to stand for 1 hour.
Form into fingerlike shapes and fry in deep oil on medium to low heat until golden brown.
Dip into syrup and sprinkle with coconut.
Syrup
Boil the syrup ingredients together until thick.
