Peppermint Crisp Dessert

250 ml Fresh cream
1/2 Tin Caramel
2 Peppermint Crisp Choc
1 Packet Tennis Biscuits roughly crushed
Whip up the cream until stiff and add in the caramel and mix well.
Grate the chocolates and add half of grated chocolate into the cream mixture.
Crush the tennis biscuits and layer half at the bottom of a rectangular Pyrex.
Pour half of the cream mixture over the biscuit layer.
Now place remaining crushed biscuits and spread the remainder of the mixture over the biscuit layer.
Sprinkle with grated peppermint crisp chocolate.
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate.
