Mushroom Soup
04 Soup - Mushroom Soup
 1 Onion chopped
3 Tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon ground Green Chilli
1 Packet Mushrooms chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1 Tin Cream of mushroom soup
1 Tin Water
Dried Parsley to garnish
100ml Fresh cream
Braise onion in oil until translucent.
Add green chillies and braise.
Add mushroom and spices and braise until water evaporates.
Add tin soup and water and cook for 10 mins on low heat.
Sprinkle with Parley and add fresh cream before serving.
