Malva Pudding
09 Desserts Warm - Malva Pudding
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Apricot Jam
1 Cup Self Raising Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate soda
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
1 Teaspoon Vineger
1 Cup Milk
Sauce
1 Cup Fresh Cream or Ideal Milk
6oml Melted Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Beat sugar, eggs and jam well.
Sift the flour and add together with the remaining ingredients into mixture.
Pour into baking dish and cover then bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes or until brown.
Sauce
Add the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Pour over the pudding once it is baked.
Serve warm.
