Spinach and Feta Pie Filling
02 Savoury Veg - Spinach and Feta Pie Filling
4 Bunch Spinach Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
3 Tablespoon Oil
2 Teaspoon Dill Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper ground
1 Tub Feta Cheese
1 Tin Whole Kernel Corn(440g)
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Cornflour
2 Tablespoon Thick cream
Wash and de-vein spinach then chop finely.
Cook in pot with oil until soft.
Add spices and cook until dry.
Add chopped feta and stir continuously.
Add corn and cook until dry.
The milk and fresh cream can be used for creamed spinach.
