Pandela - Carrots/Sweetcorn
02 Savoury Veg - Pandela Carrots/Sweetcorn
2 Onions grated
1 Cucumber grated with peel
4 Carrots grated
1 Cup Chana flour
2 Cups Cake flour
2 Tablespoons Rice flour
1 Tin Cream-style sweetcorn
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Arid
Teaspoon fine green chilies
1 Teaspoon Dhania Jeero powder
1 Teaspoon Saumph/Fennel
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Fresh Green Dhania chopped
Fresh Spring Onion chopped
Mix all ingredients together.and make into a batter using water if necessary for creamy consistency. Cake flour must always be double Chana flour.
Add baking powder and green Dhania just before frying.
Fry spoonfuls of batter flattened in a lightly oiled pan.
The spices can be adjusted according to taste.
