2 Cup Cake flour
1/2 Cup Castor sugar
125 grams Butter
1 Egg
Water as needed
2 Teaspoon Baking powder
Filling part 1
2 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Butter (melted)
Filling part 2
1 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoon Cake flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
Dusting
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Crust
Cream butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg, baking powder and flour and form dough using water if necessary.
Roll out round and line a greased tart pan.
Bake on 180°C for 10 minutes.
Filling
Boil 2 cups milk and butter and leave aside.
Beat 1 cup milk, flour, eggs and sugar and add to boiled milk.
Bring to boil and cook on low heat till thick stirring continuously.
Fill into baked shells and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Bake on low oven for 10 minutes.
