Chicken Croissants
02 Savoury Chicken - Chicken Croissants
4 Cup Cake flour
4 Teaspoon Baking powder
250 grams Butter
1 Cup Milk
2 Egg
1 Onion Chopped
3 Tablespoon Olive oil
500 grams Chicken fillets Cubed
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Red chillies
1 Teaspoon Ground Garlic
1 Teaspoon Ground Green Masala
1 Teaspoon Dhania Jeero powder
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Tablespoon Steers Peri Peri sauce
2 Tablespoon Mayonaise
Green Onion Chopped
Green Dhania Chopped
Croissant Dough
Sift flour and baking powder together.
Rub in butter until breadcrumbs form.
Add the eggs and milk to form a dough.
Knead the dough well and divide into 12 balls.
Roll each ball out into a side plate size and cut into 1/4.
Chicken Filling
Braise onion in ghee till golden brown.
Add chicken and spices and cook till done.
Add sauce and mayonaise and blend in well.
Add greens and allow to cool before filling.
Fill with the chicken filling and fold into croissant.
Bring the 2 ends into the center.
Place on greased trays and bake on 180°C till golden brown.
When cool spread the top with chutney and put grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle spices on top to decorate.
