02 Savoury Chicken - Chicken Pie Filling
1/2 Cup Sago
1 Onion Chopped
3 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 Kilogram Chicken Cubed
2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon coarse Black pepper
1 Teaspoon Ground Red Chillies
1 Teaspoon Ground Green Chilles
1 Teaspoon Ground Garlic
Green Dhania
Green Spring Onion
Soak sago in boiling water and give a quick boil.
Braise onion in oil.
Add chicken and spices and cook until almost done.
Allow all the water to evaporate.
Add soaked sago to chicken and cook on low stirring all the time to prevent scorching.
When sago is cooked add sauces according to taste.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add chopped greens before filling in the pastry.
