Rice Krispies Biscuits
11 Biscuits - Rice Krispies Biscuits
250 grams Butter
3/4 Cup Castor sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 Cup Oats
2 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Rice Krispies
2 Cup Cake flour
Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg yolk and beat well.
Add baking powder, oats, coconut and rice krispies.
Add remaining ingredients and flour to form a soft dough.
NB. Do not add all the flour at once as the flour quantity may vary as needed to form a soft dough.
Roll out and roughen surface with a fork.
Cut into long strips and into rectangles.
Place on greased tray.
Bake on 180°C.
When cool dust with castor sugar.
