11 Biscuits - Crunchies - Plain
1/2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
3/4 Cup Brown sugar
1 Cup Cake flour
2 Cup Oats
1 Cup Coconut
125 grams Butter
1 Tablespoon Golden syrup
1 Tablespoon Honey
Combine oats, coconut, sugar, flour and bicarb.
Melt butter, honey and syrup and add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Press into greased tray.
Bake on 180°C until golden brown.
Cut into squares while still hot.
