02 Savoury - Crispy Til Puri
4 Cup Cake flour
125 grams Butter
2 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon crushed Green Chilli
1/2 Teaspoon crushed Garlic
1/2 Cup Chopped Methi bhaji
1 Cup Chopped Green dhania
1 Tablespoon Jeero
2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Hot water
Crumble the butter into the flour and form into breadcrumbs.
Add remaining ingredients to form a soft dough.
Roll out thinly (2mm) and cut into small rectangles or diamonds.
Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.
Allow to drain on paper towel.
