Spinach Squares

2 Bunch Spinach
1 Onion Grated
1 1/2 Cup Cake flour
1 1/2 Cup Chana flour
1 1/2 Cup Rice flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Tamarind juice or vinegar
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Methi masala
1 Tablespoon Ground Green Chillies
1 Tablespoon Ground Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dhania Jeero powder
1 Teaspoon Arid
2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
Wash and chop the spinach.
Grate the onion.
Mix all ingredients together, add to the spinach and mix well together.
The spices can be adjusted according to taste.
Pour the mixture in a greased pan and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds and bake on 180°C until done.
Cut into squares.
The squares can be frozen.
Fry in shallow oil on low heat before serving.
