3/4 Cup Icing Sugar
6 Teaspoon Baking powder
Cake flour
200 grams Butter
1 Cup Yoghurt or Buttermilk
2 Eggs
Sift flour, icing sugar and baking powder together.
Rub in butter until like breadcrumbs.
Form a soft dough with beaten eggs and buttermilk.
Roll out lightly and cut with a cutter and place on a greased tray.
Bake on 180°C until golden brown.
