Green Mayo Chutney
03 Chutney/Sauce - Green Mayo Chutney
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
6 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds
1 Handful Curry Leaves
1 Bottle Mayo (500 Gram)
2 Tablespoon Mustard
4 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
4 Tablespoon crushed Green Chilies
3-4 Handful Curry Leaves
2 Bunch fresh Coriander
2 Bunch fresh Mint
Heat Oil and add mustard and sesame seeds and 1 handful finely chopped curry leaves to make a wagar.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour into a mixing bowl.
Allow the wagar to cool then mix into the bowl.
Fill into bottles and store in fridge.
