250 grams Butter
3/4 Cup Icing sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
4 Tablespoon Maizena
1/4 Cup Cocoa
2 Cup Cake flour
Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla essence and mix.
Add in Maizena and cocoa and blend in well.
Add flour to form a soft dough.
NB. Do not add all the flour at once as the flour quantity may vary as needed to form a soft dough.
Roll out and cut with cutter and place on greased tray.
Bake on 180°C.
When cool, coat with melted chocolate and sprinkle with grated peppermint crisp.
