Chocolate Chip Cookies

11 Biscuits - Chocolate Chip Cookies

125 grams Butter

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Brown sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence

1/2 Cup Chocolate chips

1/2 Cup Chopped nuts

1 3/4 Cup Self Raising Flour

Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg, vanilla and beat well.
Mix in nuts and chocolate and mix.
Add flour to form a soft dough.
NB. Do not add all the flour at once as the flour quantity may vary as needed to form a soft dough.
Roll out dough and cut with round cutter and place on greased tray.
Bake on 180°C.
Dribble with melted chocolate if desired.
