06 Main Chicken - Eid Chicken - with Cream & Tomato Puri
1 Chicken
1 Tablespoon (Heaped) Peri-peri Masala
2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeero
2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon (Heaped) Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter
Puree Sauce
1 tin (410 grams) Tomato Puree
250ml Fresh Cream
1 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper (Optional)
1/.4 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
Clean and cut the Chicken into pieces.
Mix all spices in lemon juice, olive oil and marinate chicken.
Cook in a pot/pan/oven until done.
After the chicken is cooked, pour some of the Sauce over the chicken and roast.
Remaining sauce can be served on the side or frozen in ice-cube tray blocks for use when needed.
Optionally roast the chicken in the oven for a few minutes.
