06 Main Chicken - Butter Chicken - Quick & Easy
1 Kilogram Chicken fillet (Cubed)
1/2 Cup Plain Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Tomato Puri
1/4 Cup Trim Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon ground Tumeric
1 Teaspoon ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Tandoori spice
1 Green Chilli
1/4 Cup fresh cream
1/4 Bunch Chopped Dhania
Mix all the ingredients together (except for the fresh cream and dhania) and cook over medium heat.Â
Mix the Chicken and Tandoori spice and cook over medium heat.
Add the chicken to the sauce mixture and slice the green chilli in long strips.
Add fresh cream and garnish with dhania just before serving.
Server with Rice or Naan.
Prepare 1 cup Rice. Add 1 cup mixed veg and 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing and steam.
