10 Mithai - Banana Puri #2
3 Tablespoon Ghee
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
3 Cup Cake flour
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Iced water
1/2 Cup Maizena for the layers
Add ghee to flour and baking powder to form crumbs.
Make dough with milk and water.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 10 balls and roll each ball into a paper-thin roti.
Smear both sides with ghee and sprinkle with Maizena and pile on top of each other.
Roll out into a big roti and cut in the middle and stack on each other.
Cut into long strips and then squares.
Take each square and fold in alternate corners.
Turn over and roll into a small puri.
Fry in deep oil and drain on paper.
Hint - Fry puri with layered side down.
