200 grams Butter
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
2 Teaspoon Honey or Golden syrup
1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
1/2 Cup Coconut or Muesli
1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup Sesame seeds
2 Cup Oats
1 Cup Cake flour
Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan.
Add in honey and bicarb and mix in well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well together.
Press into greased tray about 0.5cm thick.
Bake on 180°C for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
While still hot cut int squares and leave in switched off oven to crisp.
