11 Biscuits - Romany Creams 2
250 grams Butter
3/4 Cup Icing sugar
1/4 Cup Cocoa
2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
3 Cup Coconut
3 Cup Cake floiur
Cream butter and icing sugar until creamy.
Add cocoa and mix well.
Add baking powder and vanilla essence and blend in well.
Add coconut and form dough with flour.
Roll out dough and scrape dough with fork and cut with a round cutter.
Place on greased tray and bake on 180°C.
When cool coat with melted chocolate and join 2 biscuits together.
