1 Tin Creamstyle Sweetcorn
3/4 Cup Cake flour
3 Tablespoon Mealie Meal
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Teaspoon Fine Jeero
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Green Masala
6 Tablespoon Melted Butter
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Chopped Green dhania or Methi bhaji
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 30 x 24cm Pyrex and bake for about 1/2 hour at 180°C.
