01 Starter - Sojee Carrot Halwa - Healthy
1 Kilogram Grated Carrots
2 Cup Milk
1 Tin Condenced milk
1 Teaspoon Elachi powder
Sugar to taste
1/2 Cup Butter or Ghee
1/2 Cup Tasty wheat or Semolina
1/2 Cup Almonds
1 Tin Nestle Cream
Cook the carrots with milk in wide pot (20cm) on high heat until the milk has evaporated.
Add step 2 ingredients.
In a separate pot, braise step 3 ingredients until light brown then add to carrot mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes then add almonds.
Allow to cool down then add Nestle cream then serve.
