2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Chana Flour
2 Tablespoon Cake Flour
3 Tablespoon Maize flour (Mealie Meal)
2 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeero
1/4 Teaspoon Tumeric
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Green Masala
1 Tin Creamstyle Sweetcorn
1 Grated medium Onion
2 Cup Chopped Methie Bajee
1/4 Cup Chopped Green dhania
Beat the Eggs, Milk and Oil then add all remaining dry ingredients.
Mix all ingredients remaining.
Pour into 30 x 24cm Pirex or Place 12 muffin cases in muffin tray them spoon the mixture into them.
Optionally sprinkle Sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C for about 30-45 minutes.
