250 grams Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Chopped Almonds
2 Cup Oats
2 Cup Cake Flour
Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, vanilla and beat well.
Mix in baking powder, cocoa powder.
Add remaining dry ingredients and form a soft dough.
Roll out the dough and cut with a round cutter.
Place on greased tray.
Bake on 180°C.
