02 Savoury Veg - Pandela with Pumpkin
3 Cup Pumpkin Grated
3/4 Cup Chana flour
3/4 Cup Maize meal
1 1/2 Cup Cake flour
1 Onion Grated
1 Tablespoon Jeero powder
1 Tablespoon Dhania powder
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Saumph
2 Tablespoon Ground green masala
Spring onion Chopped
Green Dhania Chopped
Grate pumpkin and measure.
Pour boiling water over and leave until the water is cold.
Allow to drain.
Mix all ingredients together.
Mix into a batter using water of necessary.
Fry spoonfuls of batter in a lightly oiled pan.
The spices can be adjusted according to taste.
