Tiramisu
09 Desserts Cold - Tiramisu
4 Eggs separated
250 ml Fresh cream
2/3 Cup Castor sugar
1 Tub Mascarpone cheese
2 Packet Boudoir biscuits
1 Cup Boling water
1 Teaspoon Coffee
2 Teaspoon Cocoa for dusting
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
In a separate bowl, beat fresh cream until stiff.
In a mixing bowl, beat the Egg yolks and castor sugar until creamy.
Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well.
Fold in the egg white and cream and mix well.
Make a cup of black coffee and empty into a flat dish.
Dip 1 packet of biscuits and line the bottom of a flat serving dish.
Cover the biscuits with half the mixture.
Dip the remaining biscuits into coffee and arrange another layer of the biscuits in the dish and cover with mixture.
Dust cocoa and refrigerate in a sealed contained.
