Roast Veg

250 Grams Pumpkin/Gem squash/Carrots/Sweet Potato

250 Grams Mixed Zucchini/Patty pans/Asparagus

4 Tablespoon Olive oil

2 sprigs fresh Rosemary 

1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper

1. Wash and slice the veg into bite size pieces

2. Mix all ingredients and place in roasting dish.  Depending on the mix of veg, some veg may need to be baked separately as they take longer to cook than zucchini (as an example).

3. Bake in oven at 180 for about 10-15 minutes or until wilted.  

4. Sprinkle Salt to taste.
