1/4 small Onion chopped finely
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
3 Teaspoon chopped Green Chillies (heaped)
1 Teaspoon crushed Garlic
1/4 Tomato liquidized (small)
Liquid
2 Cups Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
Hand full of coriander
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Tumeric
Braise the Wagar ingredients in a pot then combine with liquid ingredients and liquidize in a blender.
Pour the mixture back into the pot and cook all together on high heat.
Keep whisking until it boils then the kuri is done.
Best served with yellow rice, Aloo fry, spinach and braised pumpkin.Â
