2 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream (or replace half with Yogurt)
4 Eggs
4 Tablespoon Icing Sugar
10 Teaspoon Baking powder
4 Cups Cake flour
1 Beaten Egg
Whip Cream and Eggs.
Sift dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
Roll out lightly and cut with a cutter and place on a greased tray.
Brush with beaten Egg.
Bake on 180°C until golden brown.
