Chicken and Corn Soup

3 Chicken fillets Cubed
4 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 Onion Chopped
1 Teaspoon Ground Garlic
1 Teaspoon Ground Green Chillies
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 Teaspoon ground Coriander
1 Teaspoon ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Parsely
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Carrots Grated
500ml Water
1 Tin Cream style Sweet corn
1 Packet Cream of Veg Soup optional
1 Cup Fresh cream
1/4 Bunch dhania Chopped
fresh Spring Onion to garnish
Braise onion in olive oil until golden brown.
Add chicken with all the spices.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add carrots and simmer for 10 minutes.
Dissolve the soup in cold water and add to the chicken.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes stirring continuously.
Liquidise and add sweetcorn and cook for 10 minutes.
Add cream before serving.
Garnish with chopped greens.
