09 Desserts Cold - Ghas FaloodaÂ
1 Litre Milk
1 Small Tin Cream (155g)
1/2 Tin Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Elachi syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Elachi powder
1 Teaspoon Agar Agar powder - This is very tricky and depending on the make of powder it could require more or less depending on whether you want a wobbly or firm outcome.
Stir the milk and agar in a pot and bring it to a boil then remove from the heat.
Add the other ingredients and whisk until foamy.
Taste and add more syrup if needed.
Pour into ramekin bowls and allow to cool.
Covery with cling wrap and refrigerate.
