01 Starter - Sojee 2
500g grams Butter
500g Tastee Wheat or Semolina
500g Sugar
1 Litre Milk
6 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Elachi powder
1/2 Tin Condensed milk
1 Small Tin Nestle cream
2 Elachi pods
2 Cinnamon sticks
1/2 Cup sliced Almonds & Pistachio to garnish
Braise tastee wheat in ghee with elachi and cinnamon until light brown.
Beat sugar, milk, eggs and elachi powder together and add to braised tastee wheat.
Close the pot and allow to steam on a low heat till dry and cooked.
Add almonds and pistachio to garnish.
