10 grams Sachet Gelatin
1/4 Cup Boiled water
1 Packet Tennis biscuits crushed
100 grams Butter Melted
250 ml Fresh cream
250 grams Smooth Cottage Cheese
1 Tin Condensed milk (397g)
2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
1/4 Cup Lemon juice
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and allow to cool.
Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and press into a tart dish.
Beat cream, cottage cheese, condensed, vanilla and lemon juice together till fluffy.
Add in cooled gelatin and water and beat until fluffy and creamy.
Pour into prepared biscuit base and leave in fridge.
