11 Biscuits - Melting Moments
1| 250 grams Butter
1| 1/2 Cup Icing sugar
2| 1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
3| 1/2 Cup Maizena
4| 2 Cup Cake flour
Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla and beat.
Beat in Maizena well.
Add flour to form a soft dough.
NB. Do not add all the flour at once as the flour quantity may vary as needed to form a soft dough.
Form into flowers with nozzle and place on greased tray.
Bake on 180°C.
When cool cover with chocolate or sprinkle with icing sugar.
