11 Biscuits - Symphony Biscuits
250 grams Butter
1 Cup Castor sugar
4 Tablespoon Golden syrup
2 Tablespoon Cocoa
2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
1 Cup Coconut
3 Cup Oats
2 1/2 Cup Cake flour
Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
Add golden syrup and beat.
Mix in cocoa and bicarb.
Add remaining ingredients and flour to form a soft dough.
NB. Do not add all the flour at once as the flour quantity may vary as needed to form a soft dough.
Roll out and make the surface rough with a fork.
Cut into shapes and place on greased tray.
Bake on 180°C.
Dribble melted chocolate on biscuits when cool.
