Chocolate Fondant
09 Desserts Warm - Chocolate Fondant
200g Unsalted Butter
100g 70% Dark Lindt Chocolate
100g Milk Chocolate
4 Eggs
4 Egg Yolks
100g Castor Sugar
50g Flour
20g Cocoa
Melt chocolate and butter over a low heat until combined then allow to cool.
Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix.
Sift and gently fold the flour and cocoa into the mixture.
Grease about 6-8 ramekins then pour the mixture to fill about 3/4.
Bake the ramekins in a preheated oven at 200° C for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and rest for about a minute then turn ramekin over onto a place or serving bowl.
Serve with a dollop of ice cream.
