625 grams Butter
500 grams Chana flour
2 Tablespoon Ghee
1/4 Cup Milk
500 grams Icing sugar
250 grams Klim or Nespray
1/4 Teaspoon Elachi powder
2 Tablespoons Almonds Roasted and chopped
Blanced Almonds for decoration
Make ghee with butter and allow to cool.
Mix chana flour, milk and 2Tbs ghee into breadcrumb consistency.
Braise flour mix in ghee on low heat for 1 hour.
Allow to cool completely.
Add icing sugar to sweeten and Klim or Nespray.
Mix well together and add Elachi and Almonds and blend in well.
Pour into trays and sprinkle with blanched almonds.
Allow to set.
