Aloo fry Potatoes
06 Main Veg - Aloo Fry Potatoes
4 Potatoes
1 Litre Water
1/4 Teaspoon Tumeric
2 Teaspoon Salt
6 Tablespoon Olive oil
1/4 Teaspoon Chilli powder
1/4 Teaspoon ground Coriander
Wash and slice potatoes through into 2mm or 3mm discs or cut into 10mm cubes.
Boil the Potatoes with salt and Tumeric until cooked but remaining firm.
Drain the Potatoes and place in an oven dish.
Mix oil and spices and spoon over the potatoes ensuring they are properly coated.
Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes or until golden with crispy edges.
Occasionally toss the potatoes.
