Dumplings

2 Cup Cake flour
2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
4 Tablespoon Oil
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Cold Water
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.
Add oil and beaten egg and form a soft dough with water.
Form small balls and add to any curry which must be simmering when the dumplings are put in.
The curry must have a lot of liquid so that the dumplings can steam in the pot. Curry sauce should fill the pot about halfway.
Cook on medium heat with the pot closed for 15 minutes.
Do not open the pot after the dumplings are put in until after 15min.
