Bread Pudding
09 Desserts Warm - Bread Pudding
4 Eggs
4 Tablespoon Coconut
1 Litres Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Elachi
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
4 Slices White bread (crusts removed)
Beat all the ingredients together.
Remove crusts from the bread and cut into 1cm cubes then soak in the mixture for about 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into 15 ramekin bowls.
Optionally place a block of chocolate in the centre of the ramekin.
Bake in 180°C oven until golden brown - approx 50mins.
Serve with Nestle cream.
