Chicken Lagan
02 Savoury Chicken - Chicken Lagan
2 Cup Chicken Fillets Cubed
3 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 Tablespoon Green Masala
1 Teaspoon Ground Dhania
1 Teaspoon Ground Jeero
1/4 Teaspoon Arid
2 Slices bread
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
Boiled mix veg
Green Dhania Chopped
Spring onion Chopped
Braise chicken in oil with green masala, dhania, jeero, salt and arid until water evaporates.
Remove crusts from bread and soak in milk.
Add beaten egg to bread and milk.
Add all ingredients together and mix well.
Spread in greased pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake on 180°C until golden brown.
Cut into squares while still warm.
This can now be frozen. In that case, dip in beaten egg and fry in shallow oil on low heat until golden brown when required.
